A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Seized 1 through 12 shall be confiscated.

1,701,90 won from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (one philophone, hereinafter “philophones”) and marijuana as follows:

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. From June 26, 2019 to June 23:00 on June 27, 2019, the Defendant received approximately 1.5 g of philopon from the former south B between the Defendant’s residence in Geumcheon-gu Seoul and around June 27, 2019 and received philopon.

B. On July 1, 2019, the Defendant, at around 21:00, administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.07 glopon in a single-use injection machine, dilution in water, and injection into arms.

C. At around 12:00 on July 6, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 200,000 in cash from a branchr C; and (b) sold 0.75g philophones.

On July 6, 2019, the Defendant, at around 23:00, stopped in the vicinity of the tin-dong in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, purchased 1,200,000 in cash and 5 g of phiphonephones.

E. At around July 21, 2019, the Defendant, at the residence of the above Defendant, put approximately 0.07 glopon in a single-use injection instrument, dilution in water, and administered phiphones by injection into arms.

F. On July 10, 2019, at around 20:00 to 21:00, the Defendant received KRW 500,000 in cash from the above C and sold 2g of philophones by dry-phones.

G. On July 22, 2019, the Defendant, at around 21:00, administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.07 ghon in a single-use injection machine, dilution in water, and injection into the arms.

H. On August 6, 2019, at around 17:00, the Defendant received approximately 0.2g opphones from G at the residence of G located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, and received and delivered opphones.

(i) around 15:00 on August 15, 2019, the Defendant put approximately 0.1g of philopon in a single-use injection device at the above Defendant’s residence.
