A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Of the facts charged in this case, the acquisition of employment maintenance support payment in 2010 shall be made.

Criminal facts

From January 2, 2008, the Defendant, as a personal business entity, operated indoor shooting “manufacturing business” as a personal business entity. Around February 1, 2009, the Defendant converted the said place of business into a “communication sales business” after converting the said place of business into a corporation (ju) E, and, around October 6, 2010, changed the trade name of the corporation into a “mainF” and operated the said company by converting the name of the business entity into a “physical training business and video image production business” on May 4, 2012.

When the Defendant came to know that the business owner, whose adjustment was inevitable due to the reduction of business scale or the conversion of industrial structure due to the change of business scale due to the change of business type, etc., is entitled to receive a subsidy for the maintenance of employment in the event that the employment insurance of the insured in the relevant business place is transferred to a new business at least 1/2 of the insured in the relevant business place, the Defendant would be entitled to receive a subsidy for the maintenance of employment in the amount equivalent to 3/4 of the wages of the workers re-re-paid by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor from the relevant business owner.
