1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The crime was cultivated in order of time, not in the order of the number of the case.

Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he dealt with the Metepha (one philopon, hereinafter “philopon,”) which is a local mental medicine as follows.

1. "2016 Highest 2005";

A. On April 2013, at the residence of E located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City DD 2 B03, the Defendant received a single-use injection device from E, which contains a single-use injection (per-time medication equivalent) from E, and received the phiphones.

B. On March 5, 2014, the Defendant transferred KRW 5.10,000 to E’s post office account (F) with the request to request E to rescue phiphones, and on the same day, purchased and sold phiphones upon receiving the delivery of phiphones from E from the Defendant’s residence located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Building 302.

On April 23, 2014, the Defendant transferred KRW 1.50,000 to E’s new bank account in the name of E (H) with the Defendant’s request to seek phiphones, and on the same day, purchased and sold phiphones by receiving the amount of phiphones from E from E at the above Defendant’s residence.

(d)

On May 26, 2014, the Defendant transferred KRW 400,000 to E’s new bank account (H) in the name of E with the request to request to damage phiphones, and on the same day, purchased and sold phiphones by receiving the amount of phiphones from E from the above Defendant’s residence.

E. On January 5, 2015, the Defendant administered phiphonephones by infecting the volume of phiphones into arms from an insurine telephones located in Ischeon-si Ho-si, Macheon-si ( around January 5, 2015 or around January 6, 2015) using a disposable injection device.

F. On March 2015, the Defendant administered phiphones by infecting the volume of phiphones into arms from JMoel located in Nam-gu Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, by using a single-use injection device, which is around March 26, 2015.

G. On April 2015, the Defendant was a new wall to a police officer (as between April 20, 2015 and April 22, 2015).
