Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On February 13, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts, such as Arranging Commercial Sex Acts (commercial sex acts), and the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Mamera, etc.) on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes against the Victim E (Mamera, etc.) taken the form of sexual intercourse with the Defendant by 60 minutes, against his/her will, in light of the following: (a) on February 13, 2014, the Defendant: (b) around 20:54, 201, “Gel” in F, Jinju-si; (c) provided 80,00 won as the price for commercial sex acts; and (d) made a single sexual relationship with E with E; and (e) taken 3 mobile phones in his/her gal-thro, which may cause

Around May 15, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts, such as Arranging Commercial Sex Acts to Victims H, and the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (using and photographing Kameras, etc.) on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter referred to as “victim”) taken pictures of the Defendant and sexual intercourse with H (hereinafter referred to as “Jcom”) for KRW 1.50,00 won as the price for commercial sex acts with H (hereinafter referred to as “the age of 23”) from May 15, 2015. In the process, the Defendant took pictures of 22 minutes of the sexual intercourse with H (hereinafter referred to as “Hcom”), which could cause a sense of shame and shame by using a pocketbook and bank.

On June 11, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts, such as Arranging Commercial Sex Acts (commercial sex acts), and the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Use and photographing such as Cameras, etc.) on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes against the Victim K with KRW 130,00 won as the price for commercial sex acts, while the Defendant sent K with 130,000 won as the price for commercial sex acts at around 19:52, south-gu, Busan, and made a one-time sexual relationship with K with 30,000 won at around 27 minutes against his/her will in a way that he/she might cause a sense of shame by using a pocketbook and bank.
