1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months;
2.Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 2015, the Defendant, along with C, intended to operate a commercial sex business establishment in the name of “Etel” A, Nos. 805, B, 508, and 707 of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and F. 101 of the Gwangju Mine District (F. 101).
C as a business owner, the above 3 rooms in the name of multiple people, such as the defendant and H, are leased with the above studs and kept similar goods such as marinas and diesels, and the male customers received 80,000 won per hour from the male customers and offered 50,000 won among them to female employees, such as K, L, and MN, and opened the website for advertisement (O). The defendant, as the chief of the interest office of the studio president, posted the studio and work in the above studio on the above studio site, posted the studio and work of female employees on the studio, sent text advertisements to inform the location of the studio or inform female employees of the studio where the pre-contract is waiting, clean, purchase equipment, and settlement of the price for commercial sex acts.
