Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant C, from July 2016 to August 31, 2016, operated a commercial entertainment business establishment with the trade name of 1409 of the F Officetel 1409 in Mapo-gu Seoul and 307 and 320 of the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G Officetel 30, and, in order to use each of the above officetels for the purpose of commercial sex acts, up to 150,000 won among the above 1,50,000 won was the Defendant, after renting each of the above officetels for the purpose of commercial sex acts, putting up a letter of job offer on the wrapping, such as “I”, “J”, “J”, etc., who has reported it, employed the K, etc., and posted the letter of job offer on the wrapping, such as “L”, “J”, and “J”, to receive KRW 150,000 from the male customers who reported it.
Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.
