Punishment of the crime

1. On September 2013, the Defendant, in collusion with G and H, smoked marijuana in collusion with the Defendant, in a manner of smoking two grams of marijuana within the pertinent car moving from the said place to the Sungju tunnel located in the Sung-si, Sung-si, Sung-si, Sung-si, where the settlement of the Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-gun, the Defendant was on board with G, at the Cheongyang-si, where he was close to the Cheongyang-gun, where he was able to drive H with G, and returned to the Sung-si, which is located in the Sung-si,
