Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 26, 2016, the Defendant, at the DVD room located in Busan Northern-gu, Busan Northern-gu, taking pictures of the head of a sexual intercourse with a female who was in an unsound name through a fluencing application called “D” in the form of mobile phone auxiliary distribution system, on the ground that the Defendant had a sexual intercourse with a female, against his/her will.

2. 3. On August 5, 2016, around 19:05, the Defendant taken pictures of the studio located in Suwon-gu, Busan, by using the word "D," in which the said studio was installed, and in which the studio was sexually with two females infinite name and gender relationship, against their will.
Accordingly, the Defendant taken the body of another person, which may cause a sense of sexual shame, against his will.
4. On August 11, 2016, the Defendant taken a photograph of a woman against his will, by using the word "D," where the Mameras was set up in the Mameras located in the Busan East-gu, Busan-do, and by using the word "D" case.

5. On August 20, 2016, around 07:45, the Defendant taken a photograph of the victim H (V, 22 years old) who was a worker volunteer in the workplace with the Defendant’s office located in Suwon-gu, Busan, on behalf of “G”, and installed the said Kamera in the front room.
Accordingly, the Defendant is sexual humiliation.
