A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

From April 2017, the defendant was raised from the victim B (V, 57 years of age) to the internal relationship.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other crimes);

A. On August 12, 2017, around 10:36, the Defendant: (a) placed marmera prepared in advance in his/her fingers and her fingers; (b) laid the sirens towards her sirens, while having sexual intercourse with the victim at the room of the Mosel in which it is impossible to identify the trade name on the north side of the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si; and (c) taken the fluor of the victim’s sexual intercourse.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame, against his will, using a camera.

On August 2, 2017, the Defendant, at the room of the mother telecom, in which it is impossible to know the trade name on the north of the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the Defendant, while having sexual intercourse with the victim, placed the mermeras prepared in advance into the hand room, laid the siren towards the her course, and taken a picture of the her sexual intercourse.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame, against his will, using a camera.

(d)

On August 31, 2017, the Defendant, at the room of the mother telecom, in which it is impossible to know the trade name on the north of the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the Defendant, while having sexual intercourse with the victim, put in his fingers and kept the sirens up to the string and taken the string of the victim’s sexual intercourse.

Accordingly, the defendant uses a camera to make sexual humiliations.
