1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 43,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 18% per annum from August 1, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

The Plaintiff loaned KRW 55,00,000 to the Defendant on March 1, 2013, one year from maturity, and one 1.5% per month from interest, by setting the period of repayment, and the Defendant repaid KRW 12,00,000 to the Plaintiff on two occasions on May 2015 and February 2018, and the Defendant paid interest as shown in the attached Table, to the Plaintiff from March 31, 2013 to November 9, 2017.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the agreed interest rate of 18% per annum, which is the rate of 12,000,000 won for the remainder after deducting 12,000,000 won for the plaintiff as principal from the loan 55,00,000 won to the date of full payment, and as the plaintiff seeks, the agreed interest rate of 18% per annum from August 1, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
