1. The Defendant’s KRW 5,00,000, and its related KRW 12% per annum from June 19, 201 to March 18, 2012 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. According to the purport of the written evidence No. 1 and the entire pleadings, it is recognized that the Defendant borrowed KRW 55,00,000 from the Plaintiff on March 18, 201 as the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum, interest rate of KRW 20% per annum, and due date of payment on March 18, 2012.
2. According to the above facts of determination, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 5,00,000 won of the borrowed amount and 12% per annum from June 19, 2011 to March 18, 2012, the due date for repayment, and 20% per annum from the following day to the date of full payment.
3. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is justified and accepted.
