1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 45,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from June 13, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

On October 17, 2011, the Plaintiff leased KRW 55,000,00 to the Defendant on January 14, 2012 at an interest rate of KRW 2% per month. The fact that the Defendant paid KRW 10,000,000 out of the principal amount of the loan does not conflict between the parties.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 45,00,000 won (=5,000,000 won - 10,000,000 won) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from June 13, 2015 to the date of full payment following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and it is decided as per Disposition by admitting it.
