Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding seven hundred thousand won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 20, 2018, the Defendant prepared and submitted a false written complaint with respect to B using a verification body at the public service center of the Sungnam Police Station in the Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si.

The details and facts of the complaint are as follows: “A around March 15, 2017, food and drinked B and food in the D restaurant located in Sungnam C, but B was dead, and there was no cash of 2 million won in the wallet as he thought he thought to do so, and there was no fact that B stolen the Defendant’s money at the time of the instant case.”
