A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who has violated the Chemicals Control Act shall inhale any chemical substance that causes interest, hallucination, or anesthesia;

Nevertheless, at around 08:30 on November 9, 2018, the Defendant, in the vicinity of the Yangsan City B, EXE car owned by the Defendant, put in and inhale 2 n'Toluene chemical products with 'Toluenen' components purchased from E located in Yangsan City D.

Accordingly, the defendant inhaled chemicals that cause a halluation.

2. No driver of any motor vehicle, etc. who violates the Road Traffic Act shall drive the motor vehicle while the driver is unlikely to drive the motor vehicle normally due to drugs;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the time and place specified in Paragraph (1) from the place to the F apartment in Yangsan City, driven a CEX car in a state that inhales Toluene, which is a hallucinogenic substance, and thus is unlikely to drive normally due to drugs.

1. No person who has violated the Chemicals Control Act shall take in or inhale any chemical substance prescribed by Presidential Decree, which causes interest, hallucination, or anesthesia (hereinafter referred to as "hic substances"), or possess any hallucinogenic substance for such purpose;

Nevertheless, at around 12:50 on November 1, 2018 to 15:20, the Defendant placed in the EXE car parked in the parking lot of the G building located in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan City, and around November 6, 2018, around 18:00 on the above EXE car parked on the roads adjacent to the above GG building parking lot, and EXE car, which was parked in the above EXE car, purchased in advance, in a test-type plastic paper, put them into the bar, and inhales them at the entrance, using a method of putting them into the bar with a string and hiding them.

Accordingly, the defendant inhaled hallucinogenic substances more than twice.
