A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2015 Highest 2795"

1. Around 18:00 on April 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) placed the nitrous called “ home” containing hallucinogenic substances in a vinyl c, in his/her driver’s license, in the E-Aburgn vehicle, into a vinyl click; (b) inhaled them into a vinyl click; and (c) inhaled them into a nose.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act at the above date, time, and at the above place, drive the said car at approximately 500 meters in a state that the Defendant inhales chemicals containing hallucinogenic substances, such as turna, and is unlikely to drive normally.

No person of "2015 Highest 2990" shall take in, inhale, or possess for this purpose any chemical substance that causes entertainment, halluation, or anesthesia, any substance prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, around 00 00:30 on April 24, 2014, the Defendant injected the home bar containing Toluene, which is a hallucinogenic substance, at the E-to-pur driver's seat parked on the front side of G located in the Busan Northern-gu, Busan, into a vinyl, and inhales it over about 10 minutes at the entrance of the said plastic paper.

No person of "2015 Highest 5573" shall take in, inhale, or possess for this purpose any chemical substance which causes interest, hallucination, or anesthesia and which is prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, around 20:00 on June 7, 2015, the Defendant injected a home set of 703 IMona H, which is a hallucinogenic substance, into a vinyl, and inhales the home set of lux, into a vinyl, through the entrance of the given vinyl paper, in a breath and respiratory manner.
