A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Seized evidence referred to in subparagraphs 1 through 3 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On May 17, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Chemicals Control Act at the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on August 7, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

1. A thief: (a) around April 17, 2019, at the Michuhol-gu Incheon, and at the convenience store, “C” located in Michuhol-gu Incheon, and caused the theft by taking advantage of the gaps in the management of the victim D, the main business owner of which was located in the display stand, the Defendant stolen an article equivalent to the sum of KRW 3,400, 1,400, total of the market price of the 1,000 won per disease owned by the victim and the 2nd group of 2nd group of 1,400, the market price of the 1,400 won per disease.

2. No person who has violated the Chemicals Control Act shall take in, inhale, or possess for this purpose any chemical substance that causes interest, hallucination, or anesthesia;

A. On May 1, 2019, around 18:35 on May 1, 2019, the Defendant inhaled a hallucinogenic substance, by inserting three disease in the capacity of 70g in the 70g gluenes containing hallucinogenic substances purchased from “Gmunstore,” located near the F Station for the purpose of inhaleing them, and inserting them into a vinyl at the entrance of a vinyl paper.

B. On May 20, 2019, around 10:50 on May 20, 2019, the Defendant inhaled to Toluene, a hallucinogenic substance, by inserting 2 disease in the capacity of 70g in a 70g capacity containing Toluene of hallucinogenic substances purchased from the above “Gmunstore” store for the purpose of inhaleing them, and inserting 2 disease into a plastic paper at the entrance of a plastic paper, and taking them into a nose and a scam at the entrance of a plastic paper.
