Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On 2006, Dong Sub-construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Dong Sub-construction”) extended the five-story motor vehicle-related facilities (parking lot and auxiliary facilities) of the fifth floor roof of the G ground reinforced concrete structure G in Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as “Dong sub-construction”) and donated it to Seoul Special Metropolitan City. 1. Permission was granted to gratuitously use three stories above the ground of the registered real estate (hereinafter “instant commercial building”) for ten years from August 8, 2006 to September 1, 2016.
B. The construction of the building of this case leased the commercial building of this case to the literature-based show day (hereinafter “the literature-based show day”) and the main contents of the lease agreement are as follows.
[Lease Contract on October 29, 2014] In relation to lease at a H parking lot underground shopping district, a lessor and a lessee's show day shall terminate the dispute between the two parties and enter into a lease contract (including an agreement) by completely amending the existing agreement.
Article 1 (Lease Property) The leased object under this Agreement shall be as follows:

Article 3 [Rental Deposit] Rental Deposit shall be three billion won which has been paid to the construction of the same unit by the joint bidder, and the construction of the same unit shall not be requested to increase the rental deposit or to provide other security.
Article 7 [Lease and Lease Contract] (1) The sub-lease contract (including the period of lease, sub-lease, payment method, etc.) between the literature show day and the lessee shall be the authority and responsibility on the date of the door-to-door show, and the dispute between the sub-lease and the lessee due to the sub-lease contract shall be resolved exclusively at the responsibility and cost of the door-to-door show day.
(2) Each sub-lease contract period shall be the lease contract period.
