1. The Plaintiff: (a) is one story 2854.51 square meters on the ground of real estate listed in the separate sheet;

Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On August 25, 2006, Dongbu Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Dongbu Construction”) extended an automobile-related facility (parking and ancillary facilities) with the fifth floor of the fifth floor of the ground reinforced concrete building in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “Dongbu Construction”) and donated it to Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and the Seoul Special Metropolitan City among the annexed facilities to Dongbu Construction.
1. The first floor on the ground indicated in the list (hereinafter “instant commercial building”) was permitted to be used free of charge for ten years from August 8, 2006 to September 1, 2016.
B. The term of lease was set from the date of approval for free use to the last day of the foregoing free use, and the building in this case was leased on the literature show day (hereinafter “in-house show day”). On July 5, 2013, the period of free use for the building in this case was extended from July 8, 2013 to September 1, 2016, and the contents of the existing lease agreement were modified on October 29, 2014, and the details thereof were as follows:
[Contract on October 29, 2014] A lease agreement is concluded by concluding the existing lease agreement (including agreement) with respect to the lease of D underground shops by settling the dispute between the lessor and the lessee and the lessee's show date.
Article 1 (Lease Property) The leased object under this Agreement shall be as follows:
1. Location: Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C;
2. Objects: Article 2 of part of the ground level among D owned by Seoul Special Metropolitan City. (1) The term of lease shall be from the approval date of free use for the construction of the same building in Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the end of free use.
Article 3 [Rental Deposit] Rental Deposit shall be three billion won which has been paid to the construction of the same unit by the joint bidder, and the construction of the same unit shall not be requested to increase the rental deposit or to provide other security.
Article 7 (Lease and Lending Contract) (1) The period of sub-lease contract and the method of payment for sub-lease between the literature show day and the lessee.
