Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On 206, Dongbu Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Dongbu Construction”) extended the building of five stories above ground on the ground of the E underground parking lot located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul to contribute it to Seoul Special Metropolitan City. On its behalf, the Seoul Special Metropolitan City permitted Dongbu Construction to use the above underground parking lot and its ground building free of charge from August 8, 2006 to September 1, 2016.
B. The construction of the building leased the sales and business facilities of the first-fourth floor of the building and business facilities of the building (hereinafter “instant building”) to the door-to-door show day (hereinafter “the door-to-door show day”), and the main contents of the lease contract made on October 29, 2014 are as follows.
In relation to the lease of an underground shopping district for E-parking, a lease contract shall be concluded by completely amending the existing lease contract (including agreement) after the settlement of disputes between the lessor and the lessee's shock day, and the lease contract shall be concluded as follows:

Article 3 [Rental Deposit] Rental Deposit shall be three billion won which has been paid to the construction of the same unit by the joint bidder, and the construction of the same unit shall not be requested to increase the rental deposit or to provide other security.
Article 7 [Lease and Lease Contract] (1) The sub-lease contract (including the period of lease, sub-lease, payment method, etc.) between the literature show day and the lessee shall be the authority and responsibility on the date of the door-to-door show, and the dispute between the sub-lease and the lessee due to the sub-lease contract shall be resolved exclusively at the responsibility and cost of the door-to-door show day.
(2) The period of each sub-lease contract shall be within the lease contract period.
