1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant was awarded a contract for removal and waste disposal (hereinafter “instant construction”) among the new construction works of the Gwangju Northern District C D apartment in order to be a company engaged in the business of dismantling non-systems and structures (hereinafter “instant construction”).

The Plaintiff was a company that conducts the construction waste interim disposal business, and was in charge of the collection, transportation, and disposal of construction waste due to the instant construction work.

2. Place of a construction: The day (49 parcels) of Gwangju Metropolitan City north-gu C (49 parcels).

3. Period of construction: Value of supply on September 23, 2015 to November 4, 2015: 145,000,000 won: Total amount of 14,50,000 won: 159,50,000 won (hereinafter omitted).

B. On September 23, 2015, the Defendant drafted a construction agreement (hereinafter “instant agreement”) with a limited-liability company E (hereinafter “E”) with which the instant director is a director, as follows (hereinafter “E”).

E included the removal, disposal, etc. of construction waste due to the instant construction works in the construction works to be carried out pursuant to the above agreement.
