Punishment of the crime

On August 26, 2015, the said Bosing employee, whose name is unknown, called the victim F to the public prosecutor’s office by calls from the victim F at a place where it is unknown to the Meston (hereinafter referred to as the Meston), and falsely called the victim F to the effect that “It is used for committing the crime by opening a large passbook, etc. in the name of the party. If the money is entered in the party’s account, it is likely to be used as the funds for escape, and necessary to verify the relevance with the crime, and to transfer money to the account known.”

In collusion with the Defendant and his name, the employees of Bosing, whose identity cannot be known, received 5.7 million won from the victim to the foreign exchange bank account in the name of G on the same day, and from June 14, 2016, by deceiving the victims five times in total, as shown in the list of crimes, and received transfer of KRW 80,770,000 from that date.
