A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Around August 26, 2015, the said Bosing staff in name said employee called the victim D by phone to the public prosecutor’s office, and falsely called the victim D and used it for the crime. The said Bosing staff in name said employee called the victim D, and called the victim D to the false statement that “When entering the party’s account, it would be used for the crime.
