Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On March 1, 1994, the Plaintiff was newly appointed as a faculty member in the department of household management at a university of living science (hereinafter the name of the school omitted) and was in office as the head of the children’s school at a university of living science and the head of the family department at a graduate school from February 1, 2014 to January 31, 2015.
B. The Plaintiff’s detection of misconduct related to child and family and foreign language examinations at a graduate school of two semesters in 2014 and 1) The child and family department at a graduate school of two semesters in 2014 is a foreign language test at a graduate school of two semesters in 2014 from around 14:00 to 15:00 (hereinafter “instant test”).
A) The Plaintiff conducted the instant examination, and the Plaintiff was in charge of the supervisor of the instant examination. The content of the instant examination is selected and interpreted as four of the eight English texts, and the applicants are as follows. 3) As to the graduate school policy room on August 14, 2014, the Plaintiff requested a preliminary investigation on the instant examination on the ground that four of the six issues from among the six issues of data K and M, who are applicants for the instant examination, are identical to L and D professors, among the examination issues in the instant case, and that three of the candidates for doctoral degree courses (3, 4, 5, and 6, which are written by L professors) were selected from all of the applicants for doctoral degree courses. (4) The president of the university requested a preliminary investigation on the foreign language examination on August 18, 2014, on the ground that the term "foreign language examination is operated as a course of reporting the results of the examination and management of the problem, after formulating an implementation plan by the university (department and major) according to the schedule of academic ability.
