1. The Defendant’s disciplinary action for one month of salary reduction that the Plaintiff rendered on May 27, 2015 shall be revoked.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On March 1, 1994, the Plaintiff was newly appointed as a faculty member in the family management department at a university of living science (hereinafter “school name omitted”) and was in office from February 1, 2014 to January 31, 2015.
B. The Plaintiff’s detection of unlawful acts related to child and family and foreign language examinations conducted from around 14:00 to 15:00 on August 13, 2014 (hereinafter “instant test”) by the Plaintiff during the second semester of 2014 and the second semester of 2014 (hereinafter “instant test”).
The plaintiff conducted the examination of this case. The contents of the examination of this case were selected and interpreted as four of the eight English texts, and the applicant is as follows. 3) As to the graduate school policy room on August 14, 2014, the Plaintiff requested a preliminary investigation on the examination of this case on the ground that 4 of the 6-year examination of K and M, which is the applicant for the examination of this case, is identical to L and D professors, among the examination of this case, 4-year examination of this case, and that 3 of the applicants for the doctoral degree course (3, 4, 5, 6-years drawn by L professors) have selected the same problem (4, 5, 6-years drawn by L professors).
