Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a herb doctor, is a master’s degree in science 2013 and year 2015, and the Defendant is a master’s degree in science 2013 and year 2015, and the F is the I and regular professors of E graduate schools located in G in Young-si, G, and J is a senior professor of D University E graduate School and K.

F is in charge of guiding students attending E graduate school I, master's and doctor's degree courses on the completion of each degree course and the preparation of thesis, and J is in charge of experiments directed by F in the above E graduate school experiment room from March 2010.

1. Giving property in breach of trust;

A. A. Around April 2014, the Defendant issued an implied proposal to the effect that “The Defendant would offer convenience to publish a thesis in a domestic or foreign academic journal, by instead of preparing experiments necessary for preparing a dissertation at the face of money and passing the thesis examination by drawing up the main part of the thesis,” and then transferred KRW 11 million around April 222, 2014, and around October 13, 2014, respectively, under the pretext of the thesis experiment.

As a result, the Defendant made illegal solicitation with respect to the guidance of a dissertation and the examination of a dissertation for a degree delegated by the D University, and offered property of KRW 22 million.

B. On December 15, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received an implied proposal to the effect that “as a result of the examination of a master’s degree of study, in order to undergo the thesis examination, there is a difference of KRW 900,000,000 from F at a mutually infinite restaurant located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul; (b) transferred KRW 90,000 to a single bank account in the name of L on December 15, 2012; and (c) transferred KRW 90,000 to the one bank account in Seoul around December 2014.
