Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 21, 2016, at around 22:27, the Defendant left the taxi in front of the 542 Gabridum in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties on the handling of the 112 reported case by assaulting the chest part of the police officer on one occasion, thereby obstructing the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties on the ground of his/her 112 report handling.
