Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 06:20 on January 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) took care of the Defendant from the police officer of the Ansan-gu Police Station D police box affiliated with the Ansan-gu Police Station, which was called upon having received a report of the occurrence of the assault case; (b) took care of the Defendant’s fating the fating of fat; and (c) took care of the Defendant’s fating of the fating box; and (d) took care of the fating of the fat.

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention, suppression, investigation, etc. of police officers.
