Punishment of the crime

On February 6, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury at the Seoul Central District Court on February 6, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence in the female prison on September 11, 2013.

1. 상해 피고인은 2014. 7. 12. 19:00경 서울 서대문구 C 앞길에서, 술에 취한 상태로 아무런 이유 없이 피해자 D(75세)에게 침을 뱉으며, “조개 같은 년들아, 씨발년, 개잡년아”라고 말하는 등 욕설을 하였고, 이에 피해자가 “그만하고 어서 가라”고 피고인의 등을 떠밀자, 갑자기 피해자의 양팔을 양손으로 잡은 다음 힘을 주어 비틀어 꺽었다.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the right side, such as the complete heat, where the number of treatment days can not be known.

2. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2014. 7. 12. 19:35경 서울 서대문구 E에 있는 서울서대문경찰서 ‘F지구대’에서, 서울서대문경찰서 F지구대 소속 순경 피해자 G(24세)가 피고인에게 자리에 앉을 것을 권유하자 피해자에게 “경찰이면 다냐, 씹새끼야, 오늘 다 죽여버리겠다.”고 욕설을 하면서 피해자의 낭심부위를 1회 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the police officer's control over arrested suspects.
