Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and by a fine of three hundred thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On January 8, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. by the Daegu District Court on March 18, 2015 and completed the execution of the sentence.

"2016 Highest 2369"

1. Larceny;

A. On April 27, 2016, at around 03:50, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat, which was parked by the victim C in the front parking lot of 101, JB national card, which was owned by the victim; (b) one copy of the foreign exchange card; (c) two new cards; and (d) one copy of the lot card; and (c) one copy of the modern card; and (d) seven thousand won in cash.

B. On April 27, 2016, at around 03:00, the Defendant opened a driver’s seat not corrected by the Victim F in front of Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, which was parked by the Victim F, and stolen the vehicle with one copy of the NH Agricultural Cooperative No. 1 and three hundred won per annum, the victim owned in the vehicle.

2. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On May 1, 2016, at around 02:0, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the underground parking lot of 102 Amart 102, an Amart 765, Gicheon-dong, Gicheon-si, Gicheon-si; (b) opened a driver’s seat not corrected by the victim H; and (c) took one copy of NH Agricultural Card, the victim owned in the vehicle.

B. On May 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) infringed on the underground parking lot via a vehicle access route of 104-dong-dong (104-dong-dong) located in the Daegu Suwon-ro, Daegu-gu, 00, and around 75:00; (b) went into the underground parking lot; and (c) opened a door for a vehicle parked by the victim JJ; and (d) cut off with a number of 10,000 won for the car owned by the victim, which is located in the vehicle.

On May 24, 2016, the Defendant came into a 103-dong, Daegu Northern-ro, Daegu Northern-ro, 163 underground parking lots, and went into the underground parking lot through the vehicle access route, and thereafter, opened a door of a driver’s seat not corrected by the victim L, which was parked.
