A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime
[2012 Highest 5668] On November 22, 2012, the Defendant discovered that the door of the victim E New Franchised vehicle owned by the victim D is not locked, and opened a driver’s seat and carried the door of the vehicle and carried 27,730 won in cash owned by the victim.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
[2013Kadan4746] On August 20, 2013, the Defendant opened a driver’s seat in the F building parking lot in Suwon-si, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, which was parked by the victim G (33 years of age) and opened a H high-priced driver’s seat in which the victim G (33 years of age) was parked, and tried to commit a theft of 40,000 won in cash in that place, but was discovered to the victim and attempted to commit a crime.

1. On October 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat, which was parked on the road located in Suwon-guJ from around 05:00 to around 07:00; (b) had an amount equivalent to KRW 1.2 million of the market price owned by the Victim K, which was located in the road located in Suwon-guJ from around 05:00 to around 07:00; and (c) stolen it.
2. On October 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat, which was parked on the road located in Suwon-si M from around 05:00 to 07:00; (b) opened a driver’s seat, which was parked on the road located in Suwon-si M.; and (c) cut off 50,000 won in cash owned by the victim N; and (d) one half wall for male use consisting of credit cards, etc.
3. On November 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked in the parking lot located in Suwon-si P, Suwon-si P, Suwon-si on November 18, 2013; (b) opened a door that was not corrected for a car; and (c) stolen it with a face value of KRW 3,000, KRW Q owned by the victim Q.
4. On November 18, 2013, the Defendant for the theft of a Vietnam-style cruise car (R) is located in Suwon-si P, Suwon-si around 07:10.
