A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of a enclosed and third cargo vehicle.

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, around March 28, 2019, the Defendant parked the number plate by placing part of the number plate on both sides of the front side of the registration number plate after the front side of the above vehicle in order to avoid the control of the parking and stopping control camera on the alleyway in the entrance direction of the exit of Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and around the same day, around 17:28 of the same day, the Defendant operated a part of the registration number plate on the 3 kilometers from the above road to the front side of the Seongbuk-gu Seoul apartment, leaving it difficult to identify the registration number plate by driving it on the front side of the front side of the registration number plate.
