A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate intentionally or make it illegible.

Nevertheless, around 09:30 on June 26, 2020, the Defendant parked the Cwing-III vehicle in the street near Busan, Busan, on the road side, and posted the front log on the front registration number plate in order to avoid the crackdown on the violation of parking regulations, and made it difficult to identify the registration number plate intentionally by placing goods boxes on the front board of the registration number plate after the above vehicle.

1. Application of video-related Acts and subordinate statutes to vehicles and photographs subject to reporting on the statement of the police interrogation protocol to the accused and the application of the civil petition for smart national information;

1. Article 81 subparagraph 1-2 of the Automobile Management Act and Articles 10 (5) of the same Act concerning facts constituting an offense;

1. Articles 70 (1) and 69 (2) of the Criminal Act for the detention of a workhouse;

Even when considering the circumstances such as the confession of and reflects against the Defendant in the reason of sentencing under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, the instant crime is committed by intentionally setting a registration number plate of a motor vehicle to avoid parking control, and thus, does not have any possibility of criticism against the Defendant. In light of the Defendant’s age, character and conduct, intelligence and environment, motive, means and consequence of the crime, circumstances after the crime, etc., it cannot be deemed that a fine of KRW 500,000 as prescribed in the summary order is heavy, and thus, a fine of KRW 50,000 is imposed.
