A defendant shall be punished by a minor fine of forty thousand won.

Where the defendant does not pay the above minor fine, 20,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Where the driver of any motor vehicle intends to turn to the left at the intersection, he/she shall go slowly along the median line of the road in advance and turn to the left at the center of the intersection.

On April 5, 2016, the Defendant driven B vehicles at around 15:10, and made the left turn to the left at the source-side from the Doknam Middle School at the Dokdong, Seodong, Seodong, Seonam-gu, Daejeon. In order to make the left turn to the left, the Defendant violated the passage method by making the left turn to the left at the intersection at the two-lane, the right turn to the left at the center of the intersection, in accordance with the left turn marking, according to the new line, the left turn to the left turn.
