Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On February 14, 2012, the Gwangju High Court sentenced the Defendant to four years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Rape, etc.) and completed the execution of the sentence on February 23, 2016. On September 2, 2016, the Gwangju District Court sentenced the Defendant to two years and six months of imprisonment for larceny, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Southern Prison on December 10, 2018.

1. Around December 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) invaded upon the residence of the second floor victim C of the Gwangju Mine-gu building B, Gwangju; (b) intruded the victim into the house through an open gate; (c) went out of the house; and (d) stolen the victim’s market price, which was located in the living room; and (d) invaded the victim’s residence more than six times in total from around that time to January 8, 2019, and attempted to steals property or stolen property.
2. At around 02:00 on December 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) destroyed a victim E, who was set up and placed there, on the front road in Gwangju Mine-gu; and (b) stolen a single raspo bicycle on the market price, which is the victim E, owned by the Defendant.
3. On January 14:30, 2019, the Defendant: (a) obtained one of the seven mobile phones from the G Senior Welfare Center located in the Gwangju Mine-gu in front of the G Senior Citizens Welfare Center; (b) obtained the unclaimed victim’s market price, and then embezzled it on his/her own thought that he/she had without following necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim.

1. Around 09:00 on December 17, 2018, the Defendant intrusiond the victim I’s house located in Gwangju Mine-gu, with a view to breaking the inner windows up to the second floor and breaking them into the house through the gate, which was not locked before the house of the victim I.
2. The Defendant is the victim who was on the books of the ward at the time and place described in paragraph (1).
