Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On February 14, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment by the Gwangju High Court for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Rape, etc.). On June 13, 2012, the Gwangju District Court sentenced the Defendant to four months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on February 23, 2016.

[2016 Highest 2347] On May 9, 2016, the Defendant abused the victim’s house in front of the victim H’s house located in Gwangju Mine-gu, with one cellular phone period of the amount equivalent to KRW 600,000,00, the market price of the victim’s ownership, which was located in the inside and outside of the house, by intrusion into the house through another open door.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property by infringing upon the residence of a person.

1. On June 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) confirmed, around 10:00 on June 10, 2016, that there was no opening of the entrance door up to the second floor through the gate opened in front of the house of the VictimJ located in Gwangju Mine-gu; (b) and (c) invaded into the door through an open entrance, and then 2.50,000 won in cash owned by the Defendant.
