A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On April 18, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court on July 14, 2017 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju District Court on July 14, 2017.

1. Larceny and intrusion upon residence;

A. On May 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) 5:40 on May 26, 2018, on a bicycle riding, entered the said house’s house’s house’s house in Gwangju Mine-gu, and went into the said house’s house’s house’s house’s house’s house; and (b) cut off with one autonomous color, where the market price is unknown on the part of the victim’s cash located on the floor, E bank’s physical card(F), one credit card(G card, H card), two, one resident registration certificate, one copy of the market price, etc.

B. On May 26, 2018, around 5:53, 2018, the Defendant went into the victim J’s house located in the same Gu I, and went into the said house’s house through an unrectible gate, and subsequently stolen the Defendant’s market value with one K mobile phone equivalent to KRW 100,000,000, which was located on the floor of the living room.

2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit finance;

A. On May 26, 2018, at around 16:30, the Defendant purchased tobacco equivalent to KRW 4,500, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 100,00 from M, which operated the name and influence of L Victim in Gwangju Mine-gu, and, as “1-A,” proposed that he was a legitimate owner, and had the victim, who may not know of the fact, settle the said amount of KRW 4,50,00 with the said card, and used the crow card that was stolen after being issued the said goods.

B. On the same day, the Defendant purchased 2 16:32 10,000 tobacco equivalent to the market price of KRW 90,000 at the same place on the same day, and had the said victim settle the price of KRW 90,000 with the said card by the same method, and used the 30,000 which was stolen after receiving the said goods.

3. Attempted fraud.

A. On May 26, 2018, the Defendant purchased one gold bullion amounting to KRW 750,000 at the market price from the room of Gwangju Mine on May 26, 2018, and stolen as “1-A”, the Defendant purchased one gold bullion amounting to KRW 750,000 at the market price.
