A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of special cases concerning the punishment, etc. of crimes of domestic violence;

A. On July 15, 2016, the Defendant, who was implementing a protective disposition, ordered on July 15, 2016, the Daegu Family Court not to transmit the text, language, sound, or image of the sign by wire radio light or other electronic method to the victim B’s Handphone, house phone, workplace telephone, or e-mail address until January 14, 2017.

“On July 23, 2016, a decision on a protective disposition was notified, and the above decision on a protective disposition became final and conclusive.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 20:36 September 14, 2016, displayed the victim’s cell phone at an insular location and made it an absentee state while leaving the victim’s cell phone, and did not implement a protective disposition ordering the victim not to transmit any sign, sound, or text, including the victim’s cell phone from December 28, 2016 until December 28, 2016, by leaving the victim’s cell phone via the victim’s cell phone at around 12 times from December 28, 2016.

B. On January 9, 2017, the Defendant, who failed to comply with an ad hoc protection order, ordered the Daegu Family Court to prohibit access within 100 meters from the victim B’s residence ( Daegu Dong-gu C lending), workplace, etc. up to the time when the victim’s protective order is determined, and ordered not to transmit codes, language, sound, or images by wire, wireless, optical, or other electronic means, such as handphones, office telephone, workplace telephone, workplace telephone, etc., or e-mail of the victim.

“Ad hoc protective order was issued and was notified by the police officers of the above provisional protective order on January 15, 2017.

Nevertheless, (i) On January 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a lid of the two joints with electric wires that supply electricity to the victim’s house located in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, at around 17:46, at the victim’s house; and (b) let the young young people extract the electric wires at the victim’s house.
