Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim C(n, 38 years old) are married couple, or currently divorced lawsuit.

1. On March 17, 2017, the Defendant was subject to a victim protection order issued by the Daegu Family Court of Daegu stating that “A victim C’s Handphone, house phone, workplace telephone, or e-mail address by no later than September 16, 2017, not transmitting marks, text, sound, or images by wire, wireless, optical, or other electronic means, shall not be transmitted,” and on the same day, the Defendant was notified of the victim protection order, and on the same day, on June 1, 2017, the same court received a decision to revise the victim protection order where the prohibition of access to the residence of the victim was changed.

5. He was notified of the modification.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 09:54 on June 1, 2017, sent a code by leaving the victim’s cell phone with the absence of the phone with the victim’s cell phone, and as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, did not implement a victim protective order ordering the victim not to send a code or sound by leaving the phone 16 times from July 2, 2017 to July 13, 2017.

2. In around 22:50 on May 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) reported the victim, who was seated in the driver’s seat of a parked vehicle, and got off the victim’s cell phone; and (b) caused the victim’s failure in order to open a door and cut off the victim’s cell phone; (c) caused the victim’s knee to knebbbbbbbbbs, kne the victim’s bucks with kne and knebbbs, so that the victim’s knebbs need to be treated for approximately two weeks in light of the need for approximately two-day medical treatment; and (d) caused the victim’s injury, such as knee-knee kne, fe-f
