1. The Defendants’ respective KRW 38,441,422 per annum against the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from December 18, 2013 to August 13, 2015.

1. Basic facts

A. The relationship between the parties (1) Plaintiff Eastern Terminal Terminal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff Co., Ltd”) is a company that operates a container-only terminal within the new port of North Korea in Busan, and operates a business to be supplied with electricity from the nuclear power plant.

(2) The Defendant Global Transport Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Global Transport”) is a company running trucking transport business and its ancillary business, and the Defendant A is a person who has caused an accident while driving B teas owned by the Defendant Global Transport (hereinafter “instant teas”).

(3) The Defendant National Freight Trucking Association (hereinafter “Defendant Trucking Association”) is a mutual aid business operator who has entered into a contract for trucking damage deduction for the instant athletes owned by Defendant A in accordance with the Trucking Transport Business Act with respect to the instant athletes operated by Defendant A.

B. (1) On December 18, 2013, in the course of the occurrence of the accident, when Defendant A was working for the construction work of high-priced distance between North Korea-Dong-dong and underground tea, Defendant A had an accident where high-tension electric wires were cut off due to contact with the power distribution line of the Korea Electric Power Corporation (hereinafter “instant shortline accident”). As a result, not only the area where electric power was supplied through the short line, but also the area where electric power was supplied through other lines (including the Plaintiff company) (hereinafter “instant short line”).

(2) The details of the loading and unloading equipment (No. 107) that was in the course of loading and unloading at the time of the loading and unloading (hereinafter “instant loading and unloading equipment”) are as follows.
