1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendants were not the handlers of narcotics, the Defendants treated narcotics as follows:

1. On December 3, 2017, from around 11:00 to around 13:00, the Defendant: (a) conspiredd with the person with an insular phone in collusion with the following method by dividing the insular phone (i.e., a single philopon; hereinafter “copon”) into cans, thereby administering a philopon in collusion with the person with an insular phone insular phone, which was a local mental medicine that had been possessed by the winners of his name at the seat of D hotel E in Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.

2. Defendant B

A. On June 2017, the Defendant administered 22:00 p.m., in the G hotel H heading room located in the G hotel F of China, in a way that scopon copon scopon scopon scopon scopon scopon scopon in beer.

B. On October 3, 2017, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) provided 100,000 won to a person in the name in the presence of J in I; and (b) took the volume of the scopon in the scopon (pertimely equivalent to the scopon) from the scopon; and (c) administered the scopon purchased at the guest room near K at which it is impossible to identify the trade name near K at around 23:00 on the same day by burning the scopon to a beer.
