A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

3. On May 6, 2013, at around 20:00, the Defendant administered 0.07 galphones in the same place as Paragraph 2, in a manner of displaying clophones on beer.

4. On May 7, 2013, at around 16:00, the Defendant administered 0.07 gopon in a manner of coponing copon into beer with a copon, at the same place as Paragraph 2.

5. On July 2013, 2013, the Defendant administered philophones by hanging approximately 0.05g of philophones from the guest room on the 6th floor of Hmophones located at the shills of Gangwon-si (hereinafter referred to as Gangwon-si) to be in a beer manner.

6. On July 2013, 2013, the Defendant administered philophones by hanging approximately 0.05 g of philophones on the beer, at the same place as Paragraph 5, at the lower end of 11:00.

7. On July 2013, 2013, the Defendant administered philophones by hanging approximately 0.05 g of philophones on the beer, at the same place as Paragraph 5, at the lower end of 11:00.
