Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a holder of Cpoter freight.
On October 06, 2015, the Defendant operated the said vehicle on the front of the natural distance of the head of the self-employed 41-1 of the Giju City of Papju on the street of the head of the self-employed 03:31 on the day of Papju, which was not covered by mandatory insurance.
2. The Defendant is a holder of a DNA driver’s car.
A. On August 09, 2015, the Defendant operated the foregoing vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the road front of the shooting distance of the head of the self-employed 41-1 of Ri, in the case of Pariju Pari-si Pari-si (07:12).
B. On November 209, 2015, the Defendant operated the said motor vehicle on a road at a point of 6.7 km from the following quarter of the following month of the following month: 20:43 around November 2015; and the said motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance.

On December 24, 2015, the Defendant operated the said automobile not covered by mandatory insurance, on the road at a point 92.1km from the direction of the completion of the expressway between the 16:35 p.m. on December 24, 2015.
