Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2016 High 17" is a holder of the B's siren and XG car.

No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance of motor vehicles shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, on June 28, 2015, the Defendant operated the foregoing vehicle that did not purchase the automobile mandatory insurance policy in front of the road "D," which was revised by Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si.

No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

가. 2012. 1. 30. 14:50 경 충북 음성군 생극면 차 평 리 앞 도로에서 의무보험에 가입되어 있지 아니한 위 티 뷰론 터 뷸런스 차량을 운행하였다.

나. 2012. 3. 13. 21:56 경 성남시 수진동 수진 역사거리( 수진 역 방향에서 모란 방향) 앞 도로에서 의무보험에 가입되어 있지 아니한 위 티 뷰론 터 뷸런스 차량을 운행하였다.
