A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 22, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor and one year and six months for embezzlement for business purposes at the Suwon Friwon, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 26, 2017.

1. Forging a private document;

A. On January 21, 2015, the Defendant drafted a loan transaction agreement with the “D” Love Loan Love Loan Co., Ltd., Ltd., using a verification-type model at the D’s “D” model restaurant located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sung-si, with the sign “amount” column, stating the “amount of loan” column as “E” and “F” in the “resident registration number column” and “consumer name” column as “user name” and forged one copy of the loan transaction agreement in the F’s name, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising the signature on the “signing” column.

B. On April 15, 2015, the Defendant drafted a loan transaction agreement with the “H” office located in G in Gwangju-si with a verification-type pen, and forged a copy of F’s loan transaction agreement in the name of “F,” which is a private document on rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising signature on the name and duties by signing on the “amount of the loan limit” column. The Defendant forged a copy of F’s loan transaction agreement in the name of “F,” which is a private document on the rights and obligations.”

On June 12, 2015, the Defendant drafted a loan transaction agreement with “H” Co., Ltd., Ltd. using a verification-type pen in the office of “H” located in G in Gwangju-si, and forged one copy of the loan transaction agreement in the name of “F,” which is a private document concerning rights and obligations, with the intention of exercising a signature on the “limit Amount” and “the first loan amount” column as “5,00,000 won” and “E” and “F” column as “F,” respectively.

around August 3, 2015, the Defendant drafted a loan transaction agreement with the “H” office located in G with a string-si with a verification-type pen, and “3,000,000 won” in the “loan amount” column.
