A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, who borrowed his name from C, opened his mobile phone and used the Agricultural Cooperative Account in C’s name, had been aware of the personal information of C, etc. in order to receive a loan in C’s name.
1. Forging a private document;
A. On September 22, 2014, the Defendant filed an application for a loan in the name of C by phoneing the Defendant’s residence of 102 Dong 1306, Dong 102, Dong 1306, and forged C’s loan transaction agreement in the name of C, a private document, for the purpose of exercising the signature on the following, stating “C million” in the column for the limit of loan amount of loan transaction agreement sent by facsimile from the said company by using the mixlish, “2014.92,” “34.9,” and “C” in the customer name column.
B. On February 13, 2015, the Defendant filed an application for a loan in the name of C by telephone with Dodcop Co., Ltd. at the same place as the foregoing paragraph 1-A, and forged a loan transaction agreement in the name of C, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising signature on the following, with the column of the maximum amount of loan of the loan transaction agreement sent by the said company using Y-type Y-type pent. In the first loan amount column, “day million,” “34.9” in the annual interest rate column, “E” in February 13, 2015, “E” in the resident number column, and “C” in the resident number column, and forged one copy of the loan transaction agreement in the name of C, a private document related to the rights and obligations.

around April 30, 2015, the Defendant filed an application for a loan in the name of C by phoneing it to Busan and Syman Co., Ltd. at the same place as the above No. 1-A and applying for a loan in the name of C. On the date column of the contract for the consumption lending contract sent by the said company using shot-type pentl, the Defendant shall use “2015-04-30,” “2017-109,” “200,000” in the loan amount column, and “34.894” in the loan amount column, and “C” in the debtor column, with the intention of exercising his signature on the next side, the consumption lending contract in the name of C, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations.
