A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant and C, through Internet D on November 2016, 201, called “persons who need to commit suicide together” and called “E” to gather the accompanying suicide together with E. On November 18, 2016, Defendant and C met the name and non-persons who will commit suicide together with E with E’s introduction from the nearest room of the bank located in Busan City on November 18, 2016.

At around 13:00 on the same day, the Defendant continuously purchased 40 liter of nitrogen gas at the gas store located in the Busan Sindong-gu, Busan at around 13:00 on the same day, purchased ices, tapes, plastic bags, etc. at the nearby Seodaemun-gu, and moved to G in the F at around 20:00 on the same day, and C connects four strings from nitrogen gas through the air, and the Defendant, E, and non-name winners produced suicide tools, such as covering plastic bags, sealed plastic bags, and sealed them with tapes.

After that, at around 01:00 on November 19, 2016, the Defendant and C, E, and Non-name deceased persons attempted suicide by cutting down the plastic plastic bags with their head without any particular words, while C was waiting to obtain the quality of the plastic plastic bags in return for promising C to cut up the plastic bags and commit suicide by cutting off the plastic plastic bags connected to the plastic plastic bags by opening the valves through a nitrogen gas tank at the same time. As a result, the defendant, C, and non-persons in the name of the defendant, and C were able to gather the methods of suicide along with E, purchase the suicide tools, and manufacture the suicide tools by moving to the place of suicide, thereby aiding and abetting the suicide of E.
