A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant had caused approximately KRW 250,000,000 due to such circumstances as being damaged by several times of fraud, and had considered how to commit suicide with a mind that he would scambly commit suicide. On October 11, 2018, the Defendant resolved to be accompanied by a suicide by having the victim D (Nam, 36 years of age) who was aware of the fact that he/she was a single alley customer of “C beauty room” operated by the Defendant in Mapo-si B, and was using a mental and weak disorder due to a normal social depression disorder, by asking the victim D (Nam, 36 years of age) to “the degree of 10 to 20 to 10 to 36 years of age”; while the victim talked with the victim about suicide, he/she tried to commit suicide with the victim at around 20:00 on the same day; and then, he/she decided to exempt him/her from suicide with his/her opening of the suicide.

Since then, the Defendant: (a) designated a place where the Defendant would commit suicide or suicide in front of the victim and the breath terminal and moved to the above beauty room; (b) purchased Cheong tape and alcoholic beverage in the around place; (c) purchased Cheong tape and alcoholic beverage in the cosmetic room; (d) prevented the gap by Cheong tape in the apartment room for storing the equipment in the cosmetic room; and (e) prevented the victim from getting off with Cheong tape by attaching a fire on the boom that he brought about; and (d) dyping the drugs and alcoholic beverage brought by the victim at the home, and accordingly, (e) died of the victim due to the addiction of the g

As a result, the Defendant, along with the victim, distorted the way to commit suicide, prepared suicide tools, and aided and abetted the suicide of the victim by facilitating the suicide of the victim.
