A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around December 23, 2019, when the Defendant was unable to commit suicide due to economic difficulties, and discovered a person to commit suicide by linking Twitter with the victim B (35 years of age), the Defendant resolved to communicate with one another and to be accompanied by a method of using nitrogen gas.

At around 13:00 on December 24, 2019, the Defendant purchased one nitrogen gas tank from the “F” operator at the time of selling, by searching the victim with his/her cellular phone, from the “F” operator at the time of selling, and purchased a nitrogen gas conditioning machine, connection rink, etc. from the non-construction section located in G at the time of selling, the Defendant on board the victim’s vehicle at the time of selling. At around 11:00 on the following day, the Defendant purchased one nitrogen gas tank from the “F” operator at the time of selling, and purchased a nitrogen gas conditioning machine, connection rink, etc. from the non-construction section located in G at the time of selling.

Since then, at around 21:00 on the same day, the Defendant, together with the victim, laid down a vinyl bag on the back left of the above vehicle, duplicating it into the face, inhaled gas through a string connected to the nitrogen, and accordingly, the victim died by nitrogen gas in the above vehicle around that time.

As a result, the Defendant, along with the victim, aided and abetted the suicide of the victim by gathering the method of suicide, preparing suicide tools, and facilitating the suicide of the victim.
