Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From September 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) from around September 29, 2014, registered the service business of “C” with the trade name “C by leasing the underground of building B in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) advertised the marina business of “D” using the Internet and leaflet; and (c) engages in sexual traffic against customers; and (d) is a person who receives monthly salary of KRW 2 million and is working for the head of the above business office to provide customers with sexual traffic by providing them with service fees and providing them with guidance.

From September 29, 2014 to August 5, 2015, the Defendant and E received 60,000 to 110,000 won from many male customers, such as E, and provided guidance to the room. The Defendant, by having female employees, such as “G”, etc., who are not personally or personally identified, frank or scambling the sexual organ against customers.

As a result, the defendant conspired with E to engage in commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.
