Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

B From September 29, 2014, B registered service business from Seoul Songpa-gu Seoul and underground floors building "D" with the trade name of "D", advertised the marina shop "E" using the Internet and leaflet site, and engages in commercial sex acts against customers. The defendant is a person who receives monthly salary of 2 million won and provides the head of the above business office with guidance for customers to engage in commercial sex acts by receiving service fees from customers.

From September 29, 2014 to August 5, 2015, the Defendant and B received 60,000 to 110,000 won from many male customers, such as F, from many unspecified male customers, and directed them to the room. B, a female employee, such as G, etc., who is not directly or personally known, made a similar act in a manner of leading a female employee, such as a name “G”, in which it is impossible to identify himself/herself, to see or herself as his/her fingers against customers.

As a result, the defendant conspired with B to arrange commercial sex acts.
